Rapid intervention
As part of streamlining the procedures for granting aid from the Energy Transition Fund (FTE), ANME is providing businesses across all economic sectors with a simplified action form to use for submitting applications for these grants digitally.
This measure will initially cover generic actions for material and immaterial investments in the field of energy efficiency, as outlined in Government Decree No. 2017-983 of July 26, 2017, which establishes the rules for the organization, operation, and intervention methods of the Energy Transition Fund, namely:
- Items 3 and 5 of paragraph (a) of Article 8 (immaterial investment) related to assistance and support actions, as well as other immaterial investments (training, software acquisition, ISO50001 certification, etc.).
- Items 2, 3, and 12 of paragraph (b) of Article 8 (material investment), related to the implementation of an energy management system (electrical metering, real-time monitoring, supply management, etc.), the renovation of the lighting system (relamping, relighting, etc.), as well as other material investments.
To do this, the beneficiary company is required to download the action form from the REEME website and complete the “2. Identification” sheet with administrative and energy information, and to propose the projects that will be supported by the FTE (sheets 4 to 8). The sheet relating to the summary of energy efficiency projects to be carried out, “3. Summary,” will be updated automatically.
The file, accompanied by a request from the company, will then be sent by email to the address (boc@anme.nat.tn) and will be taken care of by the relevant departments of the ANME and will follow the steps mentioned in the following flowchart:
