Rapid intervention
As part of the simplification of the procedures for granting aid from the energy transition fund (FTE), ANME is providing companies in all economic sectors with a simplified action sheet in order to use it to submit applications for the granting of this aid digitally.
This measure will initially focus on general material and immaterial investment actions in the field of energy efficiency, as mentioned in Government Decree No. 2017-983 of July 26, 2017, establishing the rules of organization, operation, and procedures for intervention of the Energy Transition Fund, namely:
- Items 3 and 5 of paragraph (a) of Article 8 (intangible investment) relating to assistance and support actions, as well as other intangible investments (training, software acquisition, ISO50001 certification, etc.).
- Dashes 2, 3, and 12 of paragraph (b) of Article 8 (intangible investment), relating to the implementation of an energy management system (electricity metering, real-time monitoring, supply management, etc.), the renovation of the lighting system (relamping, relighting, etc.), as well as other material investments.
To do this, the beneficiary company is requested to download the action sheet from the REEME website and complete the ‘2. Identification’ workbook with administrative and energy information, and to propose the projects that will be supported by the FTE (workbooks 4 to 8). The workbook relating to the summary sheet of ME projects to be carried out ‘3. Summary’ will be updated automatically.
The beneficiary company must download the action sheet from the REEME website and complete the ‘2. Identification’ workbook with administrative and energy information, and submit the projects that will be supported by the FTE (workbooks 4 through 8). The workbook for the summary sheet of ME projects to be carried out, ‘3. Summary,’ will be updated automatically.
The file, along with a request from the company, will then be sent by email to (boc@anme.nat.tn) and will be handled by the relevant departments of ANME.
After verification of the documents sent by the ANME, the establishment’s action sheets will then be presented to the Technical Committee for approval. Once approved, a ministerial decision establishing the various bonuses to be granted per establishment will be signed by the Minister in charge of Energy.
Once the decision is signed, the company concerned will conclude a program contract with the ANME presenting an action plan based on this report and agreed upon jointly between the two parties.
In this performance contract, the company commits to carrying out the action plan within the agreed-upon deadlines, and ANME commits to granting the tax and financial incentives provided by the regulations in force.
